As the nature of jobs is changing, students and parents are often confused as to what new career choices are available and how students can be sure they are selecting the best fit. While certain educational systems now require students to make an early career choice (sometimes at grade 10), students face multiple pressures.
From one side, the choice of many students is often based on the grades obtained in subjects or on the social status of certain jobs i.e. Doctor/ Engineer/ Lawyer / Army Officer. From the other side, not recognizing their own strengths and interests may also force students into choosing an academic discipline that is often very costly to switch. Here comes the role of EDUACTION.
We collaborate with schools to create and implement a student career development plan that can be fully managed by the schools to avoid recurring expenses. We also offer individual sessions for students and parents to gain awareness of and explore various career options.
